# WhatsApp Sandbox Agent's Guide

## Send Messages

If you have set up your WhatsApp Sandbox integration and a user sends you a message using the 360dialog Sandbox account,

* It appears in your Rocket.Chat workspace, just like any other Omnichannel conversation available for an [agent ](https://funke-olasupo.gitbook.io/user-guide/use-rocket.chat/omnichannel/agents)to take it.
* You can respond to the customer from your workspace, and they receive the response on Whatsapp.
