The app is currently in Beta, and some features may not function as expected.

Download the Google Meet app

To download the BigBlueButton app,

  • Go to Administration > Apps > Marketplace.

  • Search for the Google Meet app.

  • Click Install.

  • Confirm that the app is enabled.

Configure conference call using Google Meet

To configure the Google Meet video conference on your workspace,

  • Go to Administration > Settings > Conference Call

  • Select GoogleMeet as your Default Provider

  • Select the options that meet your needs and click Save changes.
